HCS SB 321 -- SHELTERED WORKSHOPS

This bill permits sheltered workshops to file information
required by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education
either in paper or electronic format.  A statement concerning
hours and dates worked and other required information will be
retained at the workshop site.  The bill also removes expired
provisions and creates a revolving fund, not to exceed $500,000
at the end of each fiscal year.
